Knock sensor PO327 in LQ9 XR275HR

Knock sensor PO327 in LQ9 XR275HR
I know another knock sensor thread, but just want to know what to look for on an Tech II for diagnostics. Little back ground on what I have
So i replaced my motor with an LQ9, previously I had a LQ4 with a black bear tune, long tube headers, efans, cold air intake, comp cam XR259HR that i cammed and tune at 180K drove until 340K. No codes when I pulled the motor, it turned a crank baring. The LQ9 had 131K, so I put new gaskets, oil pump, timing chain, new springs, comp cam XR275HR and had the truck re tuned for the different motor.
So I drove the truck it ran great, I put 93 octane no problems at first. After that tank I went back to my normal gas 87 not thinking about the table in the tune or the higher compression ratio requiring the higher octane. So I got a knock sensor code, I had iridium plugs in the old motor with less then 10k on them but I did put new plug wires. So I replaced the knock sensors with AC Delco and new harness. I also put AC Delco double Platinum plugs. It ran great once again and after about 50 or 75 miles with it threw a PO327. I have reset it a time or two and it does stay off for a longer period of time.
So instead of changing out parts (coil packs, injectors etc,) I thought it would be better idea to look at the timing and injector pulse using a tech II. Is this possible on the gas engine, should I get a scan cable send the logs and have them looked at or do i need to do a crank relearn?

1st Do you understand what the code is telling you? P0327 is an electrical problem
2nd Did you torque the knock sensor's?
3rd Any time you change an engine or major component on or within the engine, you should do a crank relearn. How ever that will not fix your current issue.

Yes I did torque the knock sensors(15 ft lb), and i should have updated the post last night. I was reading (PO327) where it is possible to pinch the wires or for them to not make a good connection at the knock sensor. I will be checking all the wires to verify they are connected properly.
