So I got the PCM back from KB on saturday put it back in and went for a drive got to about half throttle and it started detonating (3600 RPM). I finally got Brent on the phone and sent it back monday they said they added 3* of timing instead of removing 3* well that explains a lot. I sure hope MTI can help me out with this problem. If you are looking for a SC KB is great except the customer service and tech support, be prepared to email everyone at KB until you get a response.

sorry to hear about this man, I was considering a Kenne-Bell last year but I was doing research and it was a big hassle to get somebody to talk to, so I went Radix, If I'd know I would have warned you as I have warned others.

I have the exact same truck & all I have done is the KB supercharger. I had to get the chip tuned a couple of times. im finding that things seem to change all the time. it is starting to ping again on and off. It is very sensitive to hot weather. It seems to run better in tow/haul mode. let me know how your tune goes & ill keep you posted on my updates. Also what is the diameter of your pulley mine is 4 3/16.

kenne bell supercharger is a good supercharger and works great for my truck but their customer service sucks, it takes them a while before they answer any questions and they never answer the phone. for the 8.1 kit I had no problem with any pieces not fitting right
