Default Katech Oil Pressure

So, the stroker runs great, but I'm curious. what kind of psi should I be getting from a ported katech pump. Can't remember what the stocker was pulling, but seems lower. 23-25 idle, & 30-35 highway.

That is pretty low. My stock oil pump is pushing 50psi cold@idle, 40psi hot@idle, and about 65-75 @WOT.

Zick's numbers seem to be about what I got out of my stocker, if the memories not going to . Would have thought I'd get better than that of a 83 or 280,000 mi stocker, with a high perf. pump.
Could this be the old "O-RING" that many have trouble with ?? Post I've read say blue is a , and red o-rings are best. Mine was green, any thoughts ???

O-ring would be my first culprit I would check. Heard way too many horror story about that stupid little rubber ring.
Btw, I used the red O-ring with my new engine. Not sure about the green

IF YOU COULD DESIGN A P/U TUBE & PUMP COMBO, THAT ELIMINATED THE BASTARD O-RING, A RICH MAN YOU WOULD BE !

I'd be re-checking the o-ring also, those numbers sound low to me. My stocker runs right where the other guys mentioned (a tad above 40 psi at idle, and over 65-75 at WOT...sometimes it hits 80 psi when it's cold)
