Anyone familiar with what they do? Are there options?

CNC Port LS1/Truck 241, 806, 853, 862, 706 Cylinder Heads (PAIR) ? Katech Performance Online Store

Yup, Been around a long time. A guy on tech did it and was very pleased. Posted pics too

Your paying for the CNC work only. No valve job or parts.

A decent machine shop shouldnt charge you more than 150-250 per head for valve jobs and resurfacing. That port job doesnt look bad, I would give them a try and then have a local shop do the rest

Katech does great work, but like mentioned the price is just for the porting.

If you are looking for Head as well, Texas Speed (TSP-PRC) offers great CNC'd Heads.
