No mufflers, just straight 2.5" pipe. The magnaflow x pipe is as close to the cats as possible. NOne of the stock tubing was used.
I dont understand how it can be quiet for the first day and then louden up.

 

where does your exhaust exit??

If it goes all the way out the back that may be why its not up to your standards as far as noise is concerned, also if you just wanted it to be loud. you should have gone with the smaller pipe. It makes the truck louder and will also give it a more aggressive sound.

If you dont have it turn down before the rear axle, do that.

 

They shouldn't have to patch it to begin with .. I think that's what Cash was getting at.

 

Yeah I finally found a shop that does good work but they charge out the a$$ It is worth it though to get it done right the first time. 01SS Did you change anything up yet?

 

I have two 3" quickflows, h-pipe, and converters still in. I think it sounds the best ever and i have better bottom end with them. Everyone here needs to check them out. I am serious about the power they are giving....
