05 efans can be anywhere from $150-$250
Nelson harness $100 shipped, or build your own
Tuning usually around $250ish, or if you already have efileve or hptuners, then tuning is free
so, what do you do in between installing the fans and when you can get the 'tune' done? manual fan switch?

Yes, a manual switch will work, just make sure you dont forget about it. I wired up some LEDs that lit up when I had my fans on so I wouldnt forget.

You can use a manual switch, or just get the tune done first, then install the fans. Having the fan settings in the PCM with the clutch fan still on won't hurt anything.

Yea, I had my PCM tuned a few weeks before I did my fans and harness I even wired in an LED that lights up when the PCM commands the fans on.
