Did you torque down the intake manifold bolts correctly? After I did my swap I missed one and the thing went nuts. Re-torqued everything and fired it up again and didn't have any problems.

Took the thing back apart to check timing and this is what it looks like. The plugs are really black. I think I should rotate the cam gear a tooth

I advanced it a tooth and it ran great for about 5 minutes then went back to running how it was. Anyone?

Yea it is definitely dumping fuel for some reason. Can you keep it running long enough to spray brake cleaner around the intake? If the engine RPM rises, there is a leak. It just sounds like an intake port needs to be capped.

The pics you tried to upload don't show up for me btw

Default Running problem

Hate to say but it may even be a bad tune causing all the issues!

Ok, so it sounds like you fixed the cam timing issue but now instead of dealing with two issues, now you're dealing with just one issue which is the MAF sensor code. Will it start and run good for 5 minutes when cold? You mentioned you cleaned the MAF, how did you clean it and what chemical, if any, did you use on it? Might seem silly, but is it installed the correct direction?

It will barely even start at all now. When it does it will run for about a minute if you keep your foot on the gas. I cleaned maf with mad sensor cleaner and yes it's installed corrctlly
