Just bought a 91' 454 SS Chevy Truck, got a few ?
Well I just bought a SS truck and its pretty awesome. Seems strong. I was wondering if someone can give me some links to performance parts for the truck. Im not familiar with the truck, so please help me out. Planning on doing heads, cam, forged everything, 3500 Stall, and a big shot of N02.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Check out Edelbrock for heads, cam and Intake (Gen. V/VI parts will work), the truck has a non-adjustable valvetrain so keep that in mind when looking for parts. You can look at www.turbocity.com (as soon as the new site is up) for a bored throttle body that has been ported and shaved. And alomost EVERY major header maker has a set of headers for it
Good Luck

11's on the bottle !!!
if that's your goal the FIRST thing I would be thinking about is lighter rotaing parts (the crank in that thing alone weighs like 80lbs), go with forged aluminum pistons, have a forged crank cut WAY down and rebalanced and go with forged and shot-peened I-beam rods (lighter AND stronger), also think about extruded aluminum rocker arms (the more weight you can shave off the rotaing mass the better in a big block)
That generation of big-block was never known as a real performance motor (4500rpm redline....230hp/360tq stock) so it REALLY takes ALOT of work to get them to perform. The TBI fuel system is one of the biggest hinderences to performance....if you can afford to swap it out to the Edelbrock Pro-Flo MPFI system DO IT...that swap alone will extend the redline and increase horsepower and torque immensly
Also consider having the block gone over thorughly...those engines in my experience tend to oil-starve at higher-rpms...have the oil passages worked over a little to improve oil-flow and buy a GOOD high-volumn oil pump
