What setup did you go for Twin intank 340's ?
Heat cycle the gears a few times and they should be fine
Then GiveRRR and let us know how the thing is running now

Gmski I went with single 340 intank and gsl 392 external. Tdogg it's a 5.3, 30 over with intercooled vortech s trim and a few other things. Also I've been kickin around the idea of putting dual 3 " y'd into 4" with the 30" magnaflow diesel muffler and 4" tail pipe dumped over the axle. What do ya'll think that will do to my low end? I think the dual 2 1/2 is holding back some HP . Two different tuners ended up with the same hp #s.

open that Exhuast up
what Headers are you running ?
The Collectors on most headers are pretty restictive
What cam are you running in your setup ?
2 1/2" made meme some decent torque with my last setup
all depends on your cam selection
