Ok, everything being equal, Iron will make more power than aluminum because it keeps heat in the chamber, where it is put to good use(pushing on the piston).

On the other hand aluminum offers increased thermal conductivity, so it pulls heat from the chamber. You can safely up the compression ratio to offset the power loss that comes from less heat in the chamber.
