Default Installing an UP

Do I just undo the bolt and pull that one off and put the new one on? Do I need a special puller or will a regular pulley puller work?

GM has a "special" tool that can be used to pull it off. My dealer did not have one so I just used a regular 3 prong gear puller to get it off. I used the original bolt and my impact wrench to reseat the pulley and then removed the original bolt and installed the new crank bolt.

Yea, a regular three jaw puller will get the job done. Just be patient getting you new one on cause it is goingto be tight.
