installed summit glasspacks...... need a lil advice
#1
so i went true dual.... in plans for future go fast goodies. I have the slp cats in the sig, and summing 2.5" glasspacks, the low rpm cruising tone is awsome, and the additional flow, is great for throttle response, and part throttle power. I have one downfall, I installed tailpipes, and i'm thinking i messed up. Anyone who's run glasspacks before, probably knows' what i have going on.... it snaps... LOUD. the tone is great, i like everything about it, i just wanna calm down the high rpm snapping......any ideas? i installed an H pipe, day two, and it helped a hair, but nothing big. Right now i have no tips, but the 2.5" pipe is exiting the rear through my modified roll pan. Hence why i now, can't change my plan, unless i buy a new roll pan, but i really like the look. any ideas besides changing out the mufflers for a different straight thru design? maybe an additional glasspack/resonator? some sort of resonating or intercooled tip? any ideas are appreciated. thanks

Get an x-pipe when I had straight pipes it calmed it down ALOT. Try dynomax racing bullets they will calm it down a little bit. They are only like 50 bucks for a pair thats what I used to have without cats. My exhaust was 45ed out the back with 3.5" chrome exhaust tips.
