So here is what my research tells me so far:

Pin 42: Low speed cooling fan relay control (Blu PCM plug) 05 truck diagram
Pin 33: High speed cooling fan relay control (Grn PCM Plug) 05 truck diagram

The above are oviously not listed or used on the 04 diagram

Here is where it gets interesting (to me anyhow)

2001 GM LS1 Instalation guide:

Pin 47: AC request (Red PCM Plug)

2005 Truck Diagram:

Pin 47: Not used (Blue PCM plug)
Pin 47: 2-3 Shif solenoid valve control (Green PCM plug)

2004 Truck Diagram:

Pin 47: No Used (Blue PCM plug)
Pin 47: 2-3 Shif solenoid valve control (Green PCM plug)

So it looks like the PIN 47 on the Blue plug Might give me the A/C request request to turn the fans on with the A/C. I am still trying to figure out how they do it on the 05 trucks....There has to be a stand alone controller on the truck someplace, I know the fans on the 05's are variable speed.

back to the books.

Most of the time low speed = fan 1 and high = fan 1 and 2 the motors really do not hava a high and low speed. at least this is the way usally is.

Yeah, I figured that. I would like to hook up each fan separate so that the activation temps can be staggered, I think this will save shock to the charging system. More than anything I want to find the signal wire for the A/C so I can hook that up to the relay....it is going to be HOT soon!
