Installed the 05 fans and radiator today

Yes, 145 amp alt installed. Helped some with the flicker. But combination of the AC compressor kicking in and the fan on high, putting a load on the alt. actually pulls the engine down a bit at cruise. Got in mind some tuning and a thermostat in series with the AC fan circuit for the nelson harness to improve it. The 03 PCM is the problem and a single output trying to control two fans is the issue. The second fan should not come on witht he AC going down the highway at 70. Hopefully the 04 and up PCMs and the second fan output does better job controlling the fans.

Since you haven't done the pin 33 yet I assume the fans just run on low speed like mine?? Yeah they are super quiet, at least on low. Let us know as soon as you get the pin 33 or high speed figured out, as it is getting hot here (around 115')

Actually I am pretty sure mine are running on high speed. The PCM can't control the speed of the fans. I was going to use the pin 33 to control the fans separately so that there is not quite a shock when they fire up.
