Default Inputs on stroker motor

1st off if this wrong area please move.

Now, helping a friend get his 383 stroker in the works, looking for a good heads, cam, intake carb combo. his goal is obviouosly as much power as possible but shooting for 4-500. has to be budget friendly as well. original thought were stock vortech heads 750 holley comp cam in the 230-240duration 500-525 lift, and a rpm intake. this is going to be a street motor ran on 93 pump gas. whats yalls opinions or suggestions, thanks guys.

You want 500hp, go aftermarket aluminum heads. I'd look at something like a 200cc runner. Go somewhere in the neighborhood of 11:1 compression and a cam in the mid 230's @ .050.
