Injector Swap Initial Results
#1
Since I installed the larger Griffin intercooler, I've saw about 104% duty cycle at 4600 rpm. Last night I swapped from the 44lb multec shorties to some LS1 style 57 lb Siemens injectors. I thought the swap was pretty straight forward thanks to help from XLR8NSS. The whole job took about 4 hours with all of the soldering and heat shrinking of the new connecters from Speartech. I just took my time and everything seems tight with no leaks. The trims are still pretty positive, so I need to work the IFR constant a little more this morning.
Bottom Line: The job was not as scary as I thought it would be!

Glad it all worked out.
BTW, the fuel rail bolt with no washer was for the back driver side bolt hole. Since that metal peice is there no washer was really needed. Forgot to mention that before.
