Default injector size Q

what size fuel injectors does my truck have?
i did a search, does 24.7# sound about right?
i just wanted to make sure.

probley unless you have the flex fuel, if you open your gas tank door there will be a sign that says don't run additives with E-85 if so then you have the flex fuel injectors. if not then you have the 24lbs ones.

dont the 1999/2000 models only have 22#?

ok.
then they should be the 24# b/c my truck is an 03 (non flex fuel)

yea im not lean yet either and im tuned rich until i get the wideband but its all good, sorry for the

I *think* only the 99's were lucky enough to have the smaller injectors...21lbs seems to jump into my head for some reason. Although 99/00 both had the PCM/KR issues.

24.7lb seems to be the number that I've seen for all other (4.8 5.3 6.0)injectors though....and 31lb for 8.1 fuel injectors, and 42ish for 8.1 marine injectors.

99 had the 19lbs injectors the 00-0? have the 24lbs, the newer ones that have flex fuel run 38lbs injectors.
