I have the exact same cam in my truck. It is awesome especially after it was tuned by Allen. Only have one issue with it in my truck and I'm not exactly sure what it is yet but it is throwing codes even though it should have been tuned out. I have a SES light now (don't know what it is yet) that I got 4 hours after getting it tuned. Anyone else put this cam in their 4.8 and have trouble with codes?

I keep getting PO 300 with this cam. It's a very common code after a cam swap. I am planning on making a trip to San Antonio soon to get TM removed and delete this code.

I had some of the same problems with the 212/218 in my truck. I really wish that I would have gotten it tuned now. My 272/262 dyno was in 95+ heat, so I'm sure that there was a LOT more there with cooler weather.

I had a lot of trouble with P0300 codes with this cam--it's a Misfire code. I just adjusted the settings w/ EDIT so that the light wouldn't come on. Never did find a way to "fix" the problem.

Ha, i would like to see it too! So many people ask me but I didn't tune it. I brought to a guy named Allen Futral at Futral Motorsports and told him what was done to the truck and where I wanted my shift points and stuff like that. I have not got it dyno tuned yet but I will let you know when I do. However, that vigilante is no longer in my truck so it slowed down a bit. But, That converter is a bad Mo Fo. Thinking about the TT3000 only because I tow things occasionally.
