Idle issues after ported TB

how do you remove your cruise control clip? i was having hell with mine and was scared to break the damb thing

THE BAD THING IS NOT TO BREAK IT ,IT IS TO STOP IT FROM FLYING AWAY WHEN IT POPS OFF.I LOSE THEM THING ALL THE TIME IT SUCK.BUT THEY COME OUT WITH A PICK EASY.

JUST TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT IF THEY HAVE A IDLE PROBLEM ARE SURGEING PROBLEM IT HELPS.
