So you have no gauges?

Look into getting a boost gauge, AF gauge (highly recommend) and a FP gauge to complete the set before you do much else.

5-7lbs is a nice amount of boost. As you increase power you will need to look at all your other systems. Everything has to play nice together or one failure will.....

Depends on you. Easy (not sure about the Roush) to pulley down .20" and feel a world more boost. Tuning becomes extremely important as you increase boost, who is tuning for you? You will want to get back up on the dyno.

Something to consider other than gauges which are good for monitoring would be methanol injection to increase octaneand cool the charge to some degree.

I am a boost junky. I am never satisfied with my power level. My truck feels slow to me, even now. At some point a wise man decides to take it all the way or stop and be happy with what it is. There is always someone with more and better track times.

Alternative Auto MI did my tune.. I was thinking of doing meth and getting a retune but still not sure..

I feel you on not being satisfied with the power levels, i started with a cam and wanted more power then i got a SC and gears but im still not satisfied lol so im really thinking on going all out and rebuilding the motor and having my tunner pulley down my SC for more boost
