i just got the tranny pulled. it looks like it is the input shaft. i can't pull it completley out but it will move about 3/8" back and forth and turns freely.

now this is odd, sam at cmotorsports called me and asked if i would be willing to send him the motor so he could see how it is looking in there. This seems kinda odd to me since it pumped out 767rwhp and is running great but what do i know. He said he would "make it worth my time", hmmmmm he has given me some great deals on stuff so i would send it if he wants to see it but now i am wondering what he is planing.

i also talked to chuck about the stall and he is going to talk with precision about it. he said something about a diferent pump and geting the stall up about 500rpm. probably end up in the 3300 range. with this bigger turbo it needs more stall.

Agreed, I did the same. Mine is now called a "3400" stall. It sounds WAY higher than what I would think is good. But again, the way they build the Turbo stall to have great street manners and still stall this hi is amazing.

Erik - 594 awhp / 693 awtq

You got me by 125hp/170tq!!!!

parish yank it out and send it to him, I would like to see the numbers on that 408 at the crank.
would be good to see just how much of a loss their is from the crank to the wheels.

i think he really wants to look at the pistons, he said he has several sets of pistons just like mine out there but i am the first to really push them. he has all kinds of things going on there so who knows what he might be planing.

precision says the pt88 should have a -10 drain line and i just ran a -8 since that is what was welded into the pan. i am going to see if he will weld me in a -10 fitting so i can run the right line. also my wg is too small and i am going to try and get a larger one and see if he will weld up the pipes to that. along with a restall things should really come together nicely.

anyone have a 2500 front and rear diff they want to give me? , i think i will be needing them soon.
