My next question is would they be worth installing on my little 4.8? Would they even fit? It'd pretty much be the 1st mod. I was planning on adding a tune of course.

I've also thought about just sitting on them until I located an LS1 to swap in, but that'd be way down the road.

sell em and buy a cam. Ive been told the 1.7 ratio are fine unless ur cam calls for 1.8. Get a cam, its miracles

Never seen blue ones from crane

 

You can install them, but dont expect much as far as gains go, may help smooth out the idle, also a retune just for them wont do anything, but a good tune is always a good first mod.

 

Crane makes blue ones, but not for GENIII engines as far as I know...maybe they're for a sbc?

 

they look like sbc..what ratio are they? 1.5, 1.52, 1.6, 1.62 are sbc
