Default I need some ideas as to what's wrong with my motor

So I'm at a loss, something is going on and I can't figure it out so I'm hoping one of you can point me in the right direction.

my truck is slow, I feel way slower than it should be for the amount of stuff i have done to it.

it's a 89 gmc 1500
5.3 with 4l80 swap

the engine has btr stage 4 truck cam , 4.8 flat tops, 3.780 bore, 799 heads milled 30 thousandths , stock stroke, long tube headers, 3 inch y pipe into flowmaster that's dumped right in front of the axel.
truck intake, 78 mm truck tb, 38 pound white giant injectors. Top ring is .15, middle rings. 18, didn't fit oil rings , mains and rods all had .002 clearance with plastigaug.

trans is a jakes level 3 with custom valve body abd shift kit work, built by a local shop, jakes billet 4k single disk stall, 4.56 gears.

20 inch boss 338 rims, toyo proxes st2 tires, run out is 29.3 inches.

this thing is running a best et of 14.49 I'm stumped, disappointed and seriously thinking about putting a turbo on my credit card or selling it because it's embarrassing me.

I see similar trucks and they say they have the same mods, with 4.10 or 3.73 gears and a 4l60 running 13.2 and around that ball park all day long.

I get it's a truck, and I get it's a 5.3 but am I wrong that it's about a second slower than it should be? Where should I start looking? I haven't had it on a dyno but it has been tuned by 3 different people trying to figure this out and I don't know if any of them really know what they are doing, they all say "God your tune was fucked" but it's still running 14.49 - 14.54 all ******* day long. When I get it back.

I'm starting to think the cams to small, and the intake is to small but I wanted second and third opinions before I spend any more ******* money on it.

Without seeing the tune or log it's hard to comment on that part.

A wideband would be very helpful too, if it's overly rich it's losing power.

No.

You need HP Tuners or EFI Live to pull the calibration and to have someone look at it with either of those two softwares. Small chance that one of the tuners will just give you the files from when they did it.

I agree with FFDP.

You’ve got a solid setup. That tune needs to be looked at.

A 4K Stall seems a little high for 5.3 with that cam. But I don't know anything about how Jake builds those converters.

What is your altitude at the track??? Do you know the DA???

I think I need a much bigger cam, like .6xx, .6xx I don't know though because I drive it every day I don't want it dying all the time and I still have vacuum breaks, haven't switched to hydraulic yet.

it's tulsa raceway park, if that helpsyou at all.
