Default I need a new 90mm or bigger TB

This is for a project that will be duplicated on several trucks, so ease of instalation, minimun cost and most of all, it must perform 100%.

We are getting ready to do about 4 carbed intakes, 2 on returnless fuel systems and 2 on return systems. We aren't concerned about plumbing, the biggest problem is the TB. With the Edelbrock elbows, very nice pieces in case anyone is wondering, they require the use of a larger throttle body. We have plentiful access to any GM throttle body, including the L92 TB which at the time seems to be the best candidate. The problem is the electronics.

How can we make them work on the trucks and completely open?

The Dr.X harness will allow the 03+ trucks to get the throttle 100% open on ls2 throttles.

Yep -- if they are ECT trucks, Dr. X is the way. No tuning hassle, no fuss, no muss.

If you can convert to cable, then run those big blingy 4 brl sets

Dr. X?

The only Dr. X I could find on Tech last night only had 2 posts and was nothing about throttle bodies.

Torque rush dot com....I order one and it shipped immediately. All I need now is that damn J tube and I'm set! I believe this unit works with the LS2 Corvette TB best but don't quote me on that.

Version 2.1 is convertible for use with either the car(LS2, LS7, L76) or truck(TBSS, SSR, L92) style 90mm TB's.

What is the difference in the car and truck TB? I will look up and see if there is a mentionable price difference between them tomorrow.

Truck vs car 90mm. I don't have a pic handy but the car style is the same radius all the way around at the back. Not 2 different radii like the truck TB. Both are 90mm at the blade. There is a little difference in the resistance of the sensors as well.
