I just got my Msd stacker for my 99 Sierra 4.8L 4X4 .
Anybody ever installed one ?

Welcome to the board. I don't guess I 've heard of this. If it is some kind of ignition module, I doubt you will see much gain.

 

The Idea behind the Stacker is that it piggy backs on to existing ingnition system.
thus the system adds more spark but with a different profile capactive discharge as opposed to the inductive factory spark
