I finely got my engine started today with out the transmission.
It Sounded good but rockers need to be adjusted and it will idle at 1000rpm for a minute then rev up and die. That and one of the block drain plugs is leaking antifreeze.
My edit showed up two days after the engine popped over a year ago and I don't know a dam thing about it.
I suppose that having a .600 lift cam and the wrong injectors don't help. Now I need to get my trans guy in gear so I can put the trans back in and drive it.

Dammit man now it wont run. Looks like my cam sensor problem is coming back to haunt me. I had to shim it out so the time gear won't hit it. I've tried from .010 to .160 clearance but no luck. I keep getting cam sensor input voltage high. I even tried another sensor got the same code. Any ideas?
