Default I got my fuel pump today....

I asked questions and researched pumps for returnless systems, and only found guys that hacked up their buckets and or had to take their tanks down several times for different problems they ran into. I found a kit that comes in the maggy kits that is basicly plug and play. comes with the right hose, fitting, clamps, and a walbro gss340 255lph pump. no cutting the bucket, or hacking the fuel lines. the only thing I do not like is the connections to the pump, and lingenfelter has a plug-n-play harness that I may buy before I put it in. the only part that I am going to do different is pull the bed off. here is the instructions and pics of my kit.http://www.magnacharger.com/pdf/manu...00-2003-06.pdf

It's the 99-03 return system guys who have to cut up the buckets. Everyone else already knows about the one you bought.

why did you buy a new fuel pump? the oem one is by far the best and will supply plenty of fuel for you.

+1 - the factory one is more than adequate. Aftermarket is seldom better than GM.

I havent seen much posted on the returnless pumps. I did notice my fuel psi drops like 7 psi during a WOT run, OLSd still runs at 11.5 AFR, so its done that for a while.
