Default I can't find pistons for my motor

I have been trying to find a set of forged flat top with 2cc reliefs stock 4" bore pistons for stock stroke on a 6.0 and I am not finding anything. Can anyone point my in the right direction? I really don't want to spend a whole lot because after I get this motor running I want to start saving for a stroker. If someone could give me a brand, a website, a phone number, anything! it would be great.

JE SRP pistons they can make whatever you want. Mine are totally custom pistons and ran me around 700 bucks. Ill have some pics posted up tomorrow night of them along with my rods and new crank

thats the only bad thing spending 700 on pistons when I will have to buy another set when I build my stroker.

IF the pistons are going in the LQ9 then you can get the block bored 30 over and so when you go to do the stroker you can just get the it rehoned and get the piston coated and it should work fine as long as the cylinder wall isnt scrathed. You would just need a new cross hatch for for the new rings to seat when you do the stroker

What? Thats what a reputable engine builder told me he could do for me when I was thinkin of jsut doin a 6L with forged pistons first then later on doing a stroker due to money.

With a stroker you will need different pistons. The wrist pin is located higher on the skirt.

Is there a reason you cant go with a piston with a higher wrist pin location in the first place I realize it will drop your CR a bit but it is jsut to get him through till he can get the stroker crank and whatever else he wants.
