OK, I am sure this has been asked before, butthis seems like the best group to ask. How many of you have also used LS1edit, and what is your opinion? Same, better, worse, different? I was thinking about getting one of these programs, but all this looks far more complicated than I thought it would be. I am sure I could figure it out, and always go back to stock. Not trying to hijack a thread, just asking.

HPT is far more user friendly than EDIT. Hands down, HPT gets my pick. I've used both. EDIT in my opinion was cheesy and looked like it took them about a half hour to scrap together initially, then came the work on bug fixes.

HPT still has some bug issues, don't get me wrong there, but HPT is by far way ahead of where the guys who make EDIT could evel dream of. That's all my own opinion of course.

That looks like it ... I would also suggest a TransGo shift kit, the expensive one. It's the one that comes with a video.
