Yep, thats right i had to add 22* timing. I wasnt sure what the timing was set at for the N2O, but with the log it shows a giant 11* at 6400rpms.
In the timing advance tables it was 15* at 4000rpms, and that was as high as it got. Now its 32* at 4400rpms and 29* at 6400rpms. Runs MUCH stronger. I never did get traction, but it ripped gear to gear, and maxed out at 45lb air(MAF's highest reading). I guess its flowing pretty well.
All the TM is gone, but i cant tell because the lack of traction. Fuel is the same, but with one run at about 7300rpms the rails went dry and it died as soon as i let off. But it cranked right back up after a minute. Oh, and still havent changed out those stock springs.
I will be doing that saturday with the stall.
I also did some tweeking on my buddy Mikes 04' 4.8 and got it running hard. The stock tables on it looked so much more agressive than my 00' tables. We upped his timing in both high oct and low oct by 8*, and it made a huge difference. Never saw any KR on either truck. We may go more agressive later once we figure out the fuel side of tuning. The rest of the stuff is easy and pretty self explanitory, but that fuel stuff is crazy.
I do have one huge problem though. My laptop doesnt have a seriel port and i bought 2 different adapter and neither seem to work. One is a 29 pin to seriel and nothing. The other is seriel to USB and it works a little on scanning, but nothing in editing. Any ideas? I cant keep my buddys laptop long.

Sweet .. glad to hear you got it running good. It's amazing what some timing can do for power isn't it. I have a tune I put in when I let my fiance drive the truck. It will barely spin the tires from a 5mph roll with that tune, but with 20* more up top, it will break them loose on a 40 punch.

I figured i would keep adding timing as long as i have fuel and no KR. Top RPM timing is only 27*. Max timing is 32* at 3600rpms. Why does timing lower in the high rpms?
I got rid of all the codes it was throwing, exept it seems to keep throwing the misfire one. I think its 0300.
Also i plan to set the idle today. Right now its idleing at 1,000rpms. I guess i'll start by turning the idle screw back and then put it at about 750 with the IAC.
Oh, and with the shifting. I have it set to shift at 6500 1-2 and 2-3, but the WOT vs. MPH i'm not sure where to set to get it to shift at that rpm. What do i do? Can i just 0 out one table and use the other?

No KR.
