How would this combo feel?
#1
I've got about $2G saved up and I wanted to spice up the performance of my truck and stay NA. What would you wise men say that this combo would do to a stock 5.3 with Volant and Exhaust?
1. Long Tube headers
2. Yank TT3000 (w/ tranny cooler and billet servos)
3. Nelson Custom PCM
in that order? I am thinkin it will feel like about 60-80 horsepower gain but ???

Not sure on HP, but I would think that your truck with those mods would run somewhere around a 14.3-14.6. Those mods are very simillar to mine, with the addition of the long tube headers. I usually run 14.6x with a best of 14.57 with intake, cat-back, HPPIII and Yank TT3000. I would think the headers would be worth about 2 tenths or so. I run mine with Escalade wheels and 275/55/17's. What kind of wheel and tire combo are you running? Also, I only have the 3.42 rear but the tires are a bit shorter than stock.

The headers, shift kit and servos, Nelson tune, and a cam. I would get the shift kit and servos so that the torque management can be totally removed in your tune. Then a nice cam also, pretty much the same combo I have. I skipped on the converter.
