How will these work?
#1
I have 2.25 duals and need new cats bad. How will these work? A local shop will be welding them up. Im thinking 3" may be too big to fit up but i may have to settle for the carsounds..tell me what you think?

I am in cali. I will have had my truck 5 years next august. So im sure thats when my smog will come up. My shop will weld in test pipes for 50 bucks and was contemplating doing that until next summer and just buy some high flows then. Dont get me wrong i would love to have no cats. I have single chamber flows and think it may be too raspy. I am sending my tune back to get the AF adjusted and will have him turn off the rear o2s anyway. But if i can get ahold of some decent cats for a reasonable price ill just do it once.
I just had these cats put in 2 weeks ago and they started rattling within days...tune being the culprit. So i have been babying it and im tired of hearing rattling cats. People look at me like mhy truck is gonna blow...Im gonna see how much i can get em for when it ends and decide then. Anyone on here seen or heard of these cats being used?
