Default how to trick the emission computers?

just got an email notification today that my tags are due this month and that i need to get my truck emissioned also. it's a 05 so i expected that this year would be the year to get my first emissions tested. i know all they will do is plug into my truck and see what the truck computer tells them.

a couple years ago i put pacesetter lts and y-pipe on. i added high flow cats to that combination but of course left out the rear O2 sensors. i got the truck tuned shortly afterwards but they didn't delete those rear O2 sensors. they have since sold their tuning software. i know there use to be sims i could plug into the sensors but they are pretty much impossible to get now. will the spark plug defoulers route work well enough to trick the emissions computers?

I have a similar setup with Magnaflow cats and my 02's are right in the stream and I do not get a check engine light...So for sure in AZ the defoulers will work..or check eBay for 02 sims used...or get a mailorder tune.........

-But I say just put the rear 02's back in as is.....

I can't just plop the o2 sensors back in bc the y pipe didn't have the ports for them. So I just unclipped them from the connector near the frame. And I don't want to have to pay to get a mail order tune after I've already had it tuned.

Weld in new bungs. Exhaust shops should stock them. If not, you can buy them from Summit or Ebay etc...

Without bungs your only option is 02 sims or re-tune...can't use defouers if there is no bung hole..lol
