Default How much will dyno result vary for 4X4

I was wondering how much dyno number vary with
4x4 trucks
my 99 sierra 4.8L dyno was kinda weak i think ?
210hp and 226 torq
magnaflow exhaust
gibson headers
K@n fipk
80mm bbk TB
GranAtelli Mass air sensor
talor wires
bosch +plug
hypertech programmer
should i be using ngk plugs instead?
can i diengage the 4x4 to give me more power at the rear?

your not actually doing that bad, 2nd gear takes off 15-20rwhp... i dyno'd at 243rwhp/256rwtq in my 4.8, was running kinda rich then.

this was with intake/exhaust/hypertech (89 tuning no tstat then)/long tube headers

just to give you an idea of another 4.8L dyno number
