How does this set up sound?
#1
I am about to sell my truck, but if I don't I am gonna just bite the bullet and cam it and put a set of injectors/ a good stall/ comp cam/ headers/ midpipe
All in all I have a decent set up in mind.
Cam:
Comp cam 224/230 .581 .592 114LSA
Injectors:
42lb Delphi Injectors
Torque Converter:
Yank or a Circle D 3000 Stall
Headers:
Texas Speed longtubes
Custom mid pipe
and I alreayd have a volant CAI and a Gibson Di/Do exhaust
I want the kit but if you have any advice, or a way to save some bucks. Please chime in.
Also a Wheatley tune.

Use an eBay CAI it will cost 200$ less and get the same results. As for the exhaust I am a big fan of my calspeed headers and ypipe. I think with your limited mods a stock catback with a magnaflow muffler would be fine. With that cam I would suggest more stall. 3600 would be perfect. I don't think you will need 42lbs injectors unless you plan on boost or spray. I would think 34s from a tbss would be fine and cost $200 less.
