Looking for pistons designed for lq4 bored .030 over using ls3 heads... using stock crank, and 6.125 rods. having a hard time finding something like that... or do they have to be custom made?

I had just regular -4cc valve relief Mahle pistons with my l92 heads and didn't have any problem with a 244/248 .612/.615 cam

almost any new after market piston should have valve reliefs that offer the clearance you want for l92 heads.
That's an off the shelf piston you're looking for.

The wiseco +4 cc piston I believe uses the stock size wrist pin as well. I just bought +12cc dome wiseco pistons and having my machine shop mill them down to a +5cc dome.

Depends on what you have plans for. Always build it for more power than what you intend for..
