Default How do I hook up this homemade catch can?

All I've got is what's in the picture, the filter, two fittings on the filter and 6' of 3/8" trans. line

Do I just completely replace the tubing from the top of the intake manifold to the PCV valve with this? That's what I've gathered after looking at old posts for an hour...

Yessir, that would be fine. Make sure that the arrow (for flow direction) on the separator is pointing toward the intake.

Thanks for the info! Now do I take the ceramic filter out or leave it in? Or even drill a little tiny hole in it?

I'd *assume* that you leave the filter in to catch the oil...but I'm not 100% sure. I had a similar set-up for a short while, and I didn't remove or drill anything...unfortunately, it only lasted for a few weeks until it started bypassing oil into the intake. That's when I bought an AMW catch can...luckily before they doubled in price.

This and the 03' PCV valve shouldn't have any weird affect on the new motor break-in or anything, right?

Nope, it won't effect the new motor break in
