Exclamation How to delete O2 sensors?

After the 6.0 swap I plan on installing some pacesetter lt's and their y pipe. Do most people still use their O2 sensors and cats? I'm not worried about being legal, i was just wondering what not running cats and O2 sensors will do to my motor, and how to delete them correctly without screwing something up!
