i take it your buddy has 5.3l ? is there any way you could get me a sound clip or video bc this is the exact set up i will be running on a 4.8l rcsb with a 150. also i have never driven a vehicle with converter. how and at what rpms do u launch. do u go straight to WOT or roll it out and manually shift the auto ? how is traction ? is he set up on a manual button or a window. if its a window what is his rpm range in each gear ? also not familiar with windows....does nitrous only come on at WOT bc what if i was cruisen at 3500 trying to run at a roll with nitrous switches actuated ?

Also does anyone have some traction bar part numbers <i cannot find them anywhere
just got my caltracs.$394. calvert racing suspensions. #3400.

$339 for my assassin bars from smith race craft. They are a quality piece too. I was really impressed by them.

With a good tune, LTs and a 200 shot you are jumping from 200-220rwhp to 400+rwhp. So yes dropping 3 full seconds isn't out of the question.
