AHH, OK, went dislexic for a moment,LOL. Damn consistant 15.4s@91 with an extended cab is pretty damn good. Especially considering it 300+ lbs more then mine. That makes me feel even shittier! You bastard! I want to run mine with the HPP3 and see how much it helped. Getting a vette servo tomorrow and I am trying to sell some old car parts to scrape up enough for exhaust. That way when I hit the strip I will have the Hpp3, servo, true duals w/ one chambers and maybe electric fans by then. Hopefully that all of this will chip a chunk off my coma inducing 15.5s. I am gonna go check out your mod list again, I must have missed something.

Would it **** you off more if I told ya I can run nearly consistent 15.1s with the following mods? lol

HPP3
K&N FIPK,
True Dual with Single Chamber Flows,
weight reduction (backseat, spare)
MAF descreened......

stock tires, stock height, stock temp, etc.......

This was about a year ago......ever since then, I've done a couple more mods here and there, including EGR, TB Bypass, DJM Drop, Sport Truck TAs etc....

I should really be touching 14s REAAAAL soon...I hope to on the 14th........then this poor NX kit in thats been in my den for 5 months can be put to use ...... But I'd like to touch 14s before I do much of anything else......

Terry, we will take your $500 bet. But, when you gut your SLOnoma to win the money, you will have to come to Houston to collect it. It would be worth $500 to see if you actually talk **** in person, you have alot of fans here that would love to meet you.

10.3 1/8 No bet Terry, to much land between us. But let me take off all my after market weight add ons and get back to 4700# I really need to get some tunning done in a bad way. Something just doesn't seem right on these times

OK do some more mods first. I think I'm going to try a 100 shot out on my truck now, along with some extra ET streets I have laying around.

PS what did Pepper run? I want to know what he runs in similar conditions to what I ran in last Saturday.

Terry, I didn't see any of his time slips.

EDIT: John says...
quote:
My e.t. times? sorry guys, it's "street race season", so I'm not posting that info. Dino, how the hell were you running 15.10s a year ago, do mods and now only going 15.40s? Something slow it down? Taller tires maybe?
My goal for my truck is 14.50s with a stock convertor and manifolds. Don't know if I will get it or not. Realistically I think the exhaust, e-fans, Hpp3, servo, will probably get me 15.20s-15.30s, then the 275/55R16s(28") should knock off a tenth and a half over my current tires(30.5"). That "should" get me in the 14.90-15.0 range. Then it will probably take that addition of a set of pullies, 4.10 posi, TransGo, and MAYBE a set of long tubes to get it in the 14.50s but I would like to do it without spending $700 of headers. What you think about my plan of attack?
