Default high mileage 6.0 swap, is it worth it?

i have access to a 2001 6.0 out of a 2500 silverado, its got like 160k miles, worth swapping over to my 2000 sierra with a 4.8 and 150k? or should i keep looking for a lower mileage 6.0?

I think the 99-00 had iron unless it was an early 2001.I bought an iron headed 6.0 the other day for 200 bucks, no oil pressure FWIW.
