Default high flow MAF's

Has anyone here have any experience with any of the high flow MAF's such as the granatelli. I'm wondering if these MAF's and the enlarged throttlebodies or the 80mm TB's would have a worthwhile effect in high horsepower/supercharged applications. My biggest concern is that the high flow MAF's aren't calibrated as accuraterly calibrated and a lean mixture will spell disaster in F/I applications. any thoughts
