I'm pretty sure the holes are not in the regular 1500 frame where that crossmember mounts(no big deal to drill them). I looked a long time ago with some measurements from L82gofast and it didn't look like it. Also, on a regular cab short bed the gas tank/evap stuff is right close to where the crossmember would come through. I'd like to see a reg cab long bed 2500 4L80E to see how the gas tank and crossmember are situated. I'll see if I can find the measurements that Mike got me from his truck and post them up again.

the 2wd and 4wd crossmembers are identical.....the pictures were just taken at different angles, I would just scrounge one out of a junkyard.....it's gonna be hella cheaper and just as good !!

I'm going to run by the dealership tomorrow and start gathering some part numbers for everyone!
Scream - What part numbers you want? I might be able to look some up right now.

I was thinking about checking if the crossmembers were all the same from 2WD/4WD and RC/EC. Those measurements would be REALLY helpful. I also wanted to get PN's for the crank spacer and any other little stuff that I might not be able to find in the junkyard.

I wanted to do it to help out for Parish's page more than anything. My buddy at the dealership is really cool about helping me find numbers and figure this kinda stuff out. Plus, I get a killer deal from him!

Well, I looked real quick and the crossmembers are all "order by application" Couldn't find the crank spacer numbers. I'll look a little more later.
