How wierd.....I just talked to a co-worker that has the SAME TRUCK with the SAME PROBLEM, and the SAME NEW PARTS....I told him it could be a dirty MAF or possibly a plug wire disconnected from a coil......

This is just too freaky !!!

I'm having the same problem and I have an 05'. Do you still have the power thru-out the powerband? I cleaned my MAF and that didn't help. But with your mileage, it won't hurt to clean it.
