Default Help! Question about Head Gaskets?

I was just reading through some posts about head gaskets and I have a couple of questions. I used the multi layer steel head gaskets (part #12589226) when I installed the heads. Did I use the right ones for my application? I really need to know before I put my engine back together. If I used the wrong ones then which ones should I use?

I just want to make sure I am using the best gasket for my application, If there is something else that would be better to use then I need to know what that is. I would rather change gaskets now instead of finding out later that I should have used something else.

I used them. They are pretty good gaskets.

I will be using GM MLS gaskets on my setup.
If you are comfortable with the quench the stock gasket provides I see no reason to get anything else.

The gaskets that I used are for 05-06 Silverado's w/ 5.3L B Code Engine, Does that change anything since I have a 2000 Silverado?
