Default Help a PT Vet...Cam

Hey guys, We all know cam questions are beat like a stepchild around here...but im looking for a bit of incite on what to do to help out a PT.net veteran lol

Currently i have a 212/218 Comp with a 2600 yank...my trans went for a poo and im gonna do the a t-56 unit in the truck. Truck has 4.10 gears

I wanna repalce the 212/218 with a bigger cam for better power and sound with a larger lobe seperation..

Keep in mind a t-56 and 4.10's..(full bolt on truck, already has 8.1 injectors etc)

Thinking a TR220/220 or a 224/224?? What everyone else think...I dont want to completely loose my bottom end. Truck is lowered on twenties

Thanks again guys

Can't go wrong with a 224/580ish lift 112lsa in a 5.3 IMO.

Look at what the TR220-112 does in BlueCajun's truck, seems to be a great all around 5.3 cam...I like the idea of that cam with 4.10's.

220 fwiw would be great. also, i know it isnt one of your options but, maybe look into a custom grind.

im going t-56 like stated above..so a stall would be farely useless in a standard...

For the TSP's, what are the specs on them...they dont list them on the site..is it 224/224?

what kinda lsa should i be looking at is 110lsa to low for vaccum reasonsw
