Default help ! ok to drive?

I just got done with a 5.3 to LQ9 swap. Start it up and it seems to run fine. I havent got on the throttle at all. What i am asking is if it ok to drive around? People said its is suppost to run bad. Its seems to run good. your 2 cents would be nice.

Do you have any tuning software? I would say stay out of the throttle ( No Wide Open) But you need to get the PCM tuned for the 6.0, they use a considerable amount more fuel. And the LQ9 is higher compression, so I am not sure how much the timing differs between the two. Just keep a ear open for detonation, not saying it will but.....
