Default Help with motor missing issues

I put a new motor in my 1997 scsb and got it tuned by nelson performance truck ran fine with the new motor and tune for a week, The other night i was driving home from work and my truck started missing real bad and hasnt stopped since, the truck seems to idle fine but one or 2 cylinder could still be missing im not sure, and it does it worse at higher rpms and when you lug the motor. Its not just a single cylinder miss it multiple at once. when i got home i pulled my plugs to see if they are fouled but they look good, but i put a new set in anyway. I put a new module in the distributor also. all my wires look good and are connected. What do you guys thing my problem is? the only thing i can think of is the coil? It wouldnt have anything to do with the tune would it?
