help me make a parts list, for a NASTY lq9

ok gentalmen. went to the track with bluecajon5.3 saturday, and ran a 15.4.
after seeing him run a 12.95 with a cam only 5.3, i realized im pissing in the wind pouring money into the ol tried n true L31. its a great motor, dont get me wrong, but for my wants, its not gonna cut it. so after talkin to a good friend, Wheatley, and seein a few LS trucks in action, like Lance, Joe, (touchofevil), and vids on here. i wanna build a 6.0 to drop in my OBS ECSB 4x4.
since im young, i dont have alot of money to blow, but i do it anyways lol. i like to buy things piece by piece till i have everything needed to put her together.
so, for the part im very new on, LS series engines. i build my L31 in 12 hours after i got the block back from the machine shop, thats including porting and polishing the heads. so im pretty mechanivly inclined
but still learning ALOT
im going to start with a LQ9, iv spotted a few around here through local listings id like to check out. this is going to be a VERY SLOW BUILD just so yall know.
id like to build a N/A 6.0, making about 500 hp to the crank. and maybe 100 shot of nitrous.
what i need from yall, is some ideals on heads, cam, intake, etc. forged pistions will be a must, and im assuming the stock rods and crank are up to the task?
all tuning will be done by Wheatley.
so im open to all advice guys, help a rookie out

500 hp yea you would definatly need at least a hundred shot better put in 200+ pill...your first mistake was talking to Wheatly ...Dooppe ...just kidding Wheatly is great and has a TON of knowledge cant go wrong there...just gonna have to use the search button look at peoples sigs ...honestly a streetable NA 500 RWHP 6.0 in a truck just wont happen unless you twist it like Obamas health care plan then you have to rev up to 3500 before you can crawl home from a red light...doesnt hurt to aim high...I was young once
hang in there do some searches espicailly on POWER ADDERS to ge to 500

I saw ESCB 4x4 I always assume RWHP ...there is huge difference in the two ...but again its the RWHP TQ that actually will get him down the track...if he gets 500 to the crank on 20's in a 4x4 with 323 what times do you think hell run ?

thanks guys, keep em comin.
yes my goal is a mid 12 second truck. i have been talking to Wheatley and he his very helpful. and everyone looks at ECSB 4x4 and assumes its a tank, but believe it or not, its less than most ECSB 2wds, at 4900lbs.
iv been reading alot since i joined this site and pickin up some great info

Yeah, it's not an LQ9 (or even an LS engine). Just start saving. Seriously. . . . think about it.
