Default Help me decide

These are the two choices I have narrowed my cam selection down to.

DUR @ .004" 272*/280*
DUR @ .050" 210*/218*
LIFT .551/.551
OVERLAP 46*
LSA 116* "ULTRA TORQUE"
POWER RANGE 1500 TO 5800
PROVIDES VERY HIGH TORQUE GAINS
GREAT FUEL ECONOMY & POWER
LIGHT THUMPY IDLE

&

DUR @ .004" 278*/ 286*
DUR @ .050" 216*/ 224*
* LIFT .551/.551
OVERLAP 53*
LSA 115* "THE TRUCKER"
STREET / STRIP / POWER
POWER RANGE 2000 TO 6200
TUNING REQUIRED
POWERFUL CHOPPY IDLE
DYNAMITE WITH A SUPERCHARGER

1500HD 6.0 crewcab 4x4

Considering I tow 4500-5000lbs a few times per week (lawn maintenance), tow 7500lbs 5 times per year. I race ounce or twice a year and drive like a mad man on the streets.

I will be leaving the converter stock for a year.
I would like an aggressive idle.
I would like to not loose tooo much fuel miliage.

vince site says I can run 1.8 roller rockers with the .551 lift so I'll be doing that too.

Which cam should I go with? obviously the "trucker" cam is more aggressive but is 2000rpm and up to much for stock converter and towing? Im a newbie and only been reading up for a few hours.

Thanks for the help

For the hd i would take choice #1 for your useage. Also I would skip the 1.8 rockers, the stock ones are just fine.

talk to Richard at WCCH. He provided me with mine. I'm waiting to install it. I have a 2500HD 4x4.
